Production Operator – Day Shift

About the role

The Production Operator works on the day shift (Monday‑Friday, 7:45‑15:45) in a regulated diagnostic manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the operator runs equipment, ensures product quality, and participates in clean‑room assembly and packaging of diagnostic kits.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and manage the supply of raw materials.
• Perform quality checks and product reconciliation according to established procedures.
• Organise workflow to meet line performance targets.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate more complex problems to the supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with quality‑system requirements, health and safety rules, and clean‑room protocols.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma (or equivalent) is considered an asset.
• Previous experience in routine or manufacturing tasks is advantageous.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and QSR standards is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel) and Outlook.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures in a clean‑room environment.
