Production Coordinator

About the role

The Production Coordinator will work on‑site in Port Coquitlam, BC, supporting Kostklip’s manufacturing operations. This full‑time position ensures daily production activities run smoothly, schedules are met, and resources are allocated efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain production plans to reflect current order status.
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare work orders as needed.
• Track multiple orders, allocate resources, and resolve issues that could affect timelines or product quality.
• Communicate status updates to internal stakeholders and production leads.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and uphold safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with production teams and project stakeholders.
• Experience in manufacturing, production coordination, or logistics is beneficial.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work on‑site full time in Port Coquitlam, BC.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP or production management software.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
