Product Strategist – Digital Engagement & Omnichannel Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategist to lead the development and growth of digital engagement and omnichannel marketing capabilities for a global leader in life‑sciences technology, analytics, and consulting. This client‑facing position will shape digital offerings, drive innovation, and partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical‑technology, and healthcare organisations across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for digital engagement and omnichannel marketing solutions.
• Design, develop, and enhance innovative digital marketing products tailored to the life‑sciences sector.
• Collaborate with commercial, product, and delivery teams to create and implement client‑specific solutions.
• Lead client discovery workshops to uncover business needs and produce solution proposals and Statements of Work.
• Present customized digital engagement strategies to technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term partnership.
• Support commercial teams with product positioning, pricing, proposals, and business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, product strategy, or commercial roles within healthcare or life‑sciences.
• Background in a healthcare advertising agency or digital agency environment.
• Deep knowledge of omnichannel marketing, customer engagement, and digital transformation.
• Proven experience supporting business‑development activities, including client presentations and solution design.
