Product Specialist

About the role

The Product Specialist will report to the Merchandising Manager and lead product cycle planning for the AMX market. You will work closely with customers, sales, and marketing teams to develop product categories, launch new items, and support promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product merchandising across all categories available to the AMX market.
• Prepare and organise samples for trade shows, events and account visits.
• Collaborate with Marketing to define advertising directions and campaign plans.
• Generate regular reports and analyse item‑specific data to inform decision‑making.
• Compile competitive information such as style counts and colour stories.
• Identify market potential, develop strategies, and estimate sales forecasts.
• Maintain forecast data used by the Sales department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics and applicable laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Strong bilingual ability in Spanish and English (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing and merchandising teams.
