Product Manager – Orders Management (Senior Care)

About the role

PointClickCare is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Orders Management portfolio for senior‑care facilities. You will own the product strategy, roadmap and delivery of migration tools, onboarding solutions and clinical workflow features that improve order accuracy, timeliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for orders‑related products, aligning with customer needs and business goals.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery, prioritisation, delivery, launch and continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, market research, product analytics and regulatory requirements to drive data‑informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to translate requirements into product outcomes.
• Prioritise backlog items for scrum teams and act as the voice of the customer throughout development.
• Identify opportunities to modernise legacy products using AI, automation and smarter workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience, including full‑cycle software product delivery.
• Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows or pharmacy/regulatory systems.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams without formal authority.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $112,900 – $125,400 CAD per year.
• 12‑month contract with potential for extension.
