Product Manager, Agent Platform

About the role

Workday is seeking a Product Manager to lead the next generation of its Agent Platform, an AI‑driven foundation that powers intelligent experiences across the Workday ecosystem. You will shape core capabilities such as design, configuration, orchestration, governance, and adoption of agents for a variety of products and customer use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Define and ship AI infrastructure that enables trusted agent deployment at scale.
• Identify high‑impact, high‑ROI AI opportunities and champion them across the organization.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal product teams to validate solutions and prioritize the right problems.
• Act as the external product champion and voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle.
• Translate complex technical challenges into clear product solutions that deliver measurable customer value.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity about AI, agentic systems, and AI security.
• Ability to work at high velocity in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience turning complex technical problems into product strategies and solutions.
