Product Management Manager – Agentic Commerce & Commercialization

About the role

The Manager, Product Management will lead one or more products in Mastercard’s Consumer Clarity portfolio, defining road‑maps and operating the products in market. You will work closely with customers, partners, sales and engineering to drive requirements, business architecture and go‑to‑market execution, acting as the primary product advocate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead rapid evolution of product strategy and ensure the value proposition is delivered through existing and new solutions.
• Manage all product aspects including P&L, analysis, pricing, recommendations, implementation, solution packaging and commercialization.
• Establish strong two‑way communication with go‑to‑market teams, customers and partners; chair regional meetings and innovation workshops.
• Support evaluation, piloting and launch of new capabilities in each region, create feedback loops and develop regional launch playbooks.
• Monitor competitive landscape, assess risk of emerging solutions and differentiate core capabilities to maintain advantage.
• Develop data‑driven business cases for significant growth investments.

Required profile

• Experience in payments, card fraud, e‑commerce or financial services; technology product management is essential.
• Proven track record of ideating, designing, building, launching and monitoring a v1 product.
• Action‑oriented, adaptable and able to deliver measurable results quickly.
• Strategic, analytical and systematic thinker who drives continuous improvement.
• Strong commitment to product‑management discipline, process‑oriented with high attention to detail.
• Hands‑on, resourceful and nimble with a history of turning strategy into execution.
• Experience with agentic commerce and/or AI implementation is a strong plus.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $121,000 – $169,000 CAD per year.
• Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program.
