About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Development for its Dispute Product portfolio. The role will lead the creation of innovative solutions that improve the dispute lifecycle for issuers, acquirers, merchants, and consumers.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and analyze new concepts for the Disputes portfolio, collaborating with internal product teams, customers, and end‑users.
- Own end‑to‑end product development from concept through pilot, incubation, and commercialization, leveraging Engineering, Customer Research, and Experience Design teams.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, pilot launch plans, and business cases.
- Build relationships across Global Products, Technology, and regional teams to support delivery of new dispute solutions.
- Support a pipeline of dispute‑focused initiatives using internal and external ecosystem relationships.
- Apply data‑driven analysis to assess market opportunities and build business cases with revenue, expense, and impact metrics.
Required profile
- Experience developing and commercializing new products, preferably in payments, disputes, fraud, risk, or identity solutions.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and a proven track record of turning innovative ideas into business results.
