Product Advisor – Mercedes-Benz (Surrey)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to represent the Mercedes‑Benz brand in Surrey and the Greater Vancouver area. The position focuses on prospecting new clients, delivering premium, personalized Mercedes‑Benz experiences and providing after‑sale support to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with new clients through outreach, referrals and networking.
• Deliver premium Mercedes‑Benz experiences, including off‑site test drives and presentations.
• Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure seamless client transactions and delivery.
• Provide after‑sale support to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Sell new and pre‑owned vehicles, demonstrate features and complete paperwork.

Required profile

• Proven success in sales or luxury automotive sales (Mercedes‑Benz experience is an asset).
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to exceed sales targets.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean record.
• Current VSA MDC licence.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and internet usage.
• Ability to maintain records using a computerized system.
