Product Advisor – Automotive Sales

About the role

Join OpenRoad Toyota Peace Arch as a Product Advisor, delivering exceptional automotive sales experiences to customers in Surrey. You will guide clients through vehicle selection, demonstrate features, and ensure a smooth purchase and delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assessing each client’s vehicle needs.
• Sell new and pre‑owned vehicles, conduct demonstrations and test drives.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranties and paperwork.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and complete all product training.
• Set monthly productivity goals and follow dealership processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and negotiate confidently.
• Good decision‑making and profit‑mindset when closing sales.

Required skills

• Proficient with internet and Microsoft Office applications.
• Current VSA MDC License.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
