Procurement & Operations Manager (Luxury Residential Design)

About the role

Studio Crevier, a luxury residential interior design firm, is looking for a Procurement & Operations Manager to oversee the full procurement lifecycle of furnishings, fixtures and finishes for multiple design projects. The role is on‑site in Pointe‑Claire and requires close coordination between designers, vendors, warehouses and installation teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and manage purchase orders for all project items, verifying pricing, quantities, finishes and specifications.
• Review vendor acknowledgements, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate deposits, payments and invoicing.
• Maintain production schedules, monitor lead times and keep complete procurement records.
• Develop and sustain relationships with domestic and international vendors, obtain quotations and handle shipping issues, damages, shortages and warranty claims.
• Coordinate deliveries, inspections and installations with receiving warehouses, freight companies and project teams.
• Monitor procurement budgets, flag potential overruns and prepare financial summaries.
• Improve procurement workflows, develop SOPs and support operational planning as the firm grows.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in interior design, architecture, furniture, millwork or luxury residential environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of furnishings, fixtures and finishes procurement processes.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
