Procurement Agent (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Procurement Agent to join F/LIST CANADA, the North‑American hub for high‑quality wood veneers and interior solutions for business & private jets and luxury residences. The role supports the end‑to‑end purchasing process, ensuring compliance, cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret purchase orders and contracts to guarantee compliance.
• Manage procurement activities including sourcing, ordering and issue resolution.
• Coordinate logistics such as transportation and customs clearance.
• Validate supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies and monitor supplier performance.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, onboarding new vendors.
• Negotiate purchase orders and supplier agreements.
• Develop sourcing strategies, identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement improvements.
• Assess risks, implement mitigation plans and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate material activities across projects and optimise MRP parameters to balance availability and inventory.

Required profile

• Technical or commercial education (e.g., bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field – an asset).
• Minimum three years of aerospace buying, logistics or supply‑chain experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with an ERP system (proAlpha is a plus).
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Organised, quality‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Bilingual in French and English.
