About the role

Join Staples as a Print and Marketing Solutions Associate and help customers bring their ideas to life. Working in the Solutions Shop, you will advise shoppers on printing, digital marketing, shipping and tech services while delivering a friendly, efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales and margin goals for print, digital marketing, shipping and technology services.
  • Maintain the appearance, supplies and standards of the Solutions Shop.
  • Process customer orders accurately using the online dashboard and follow production procedures (setup, quality control, finishing).
  • Engage customers, identify sales opportunities and create a best‑in‑class queue experience.
  • Operate cash registers, adhere to loss‑prevention policies and keep the store clean and safe.

Required profile

  • 1‑2 years of retail customer‑service experience.
  • High‑school education (in progress or completed) preferred.
  • Proven record of meeting sales and service targets.
  • Tech‑savvy, curious, approachable and passionate about finding solutions.
