Principal Product Manager - AI Models

About the role

PointClickCare is seeking a senior leader to shape the strategy and execution of AI models across its health‑tech platform. You will drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI‑powered solutions that enable providers to deliver exceptional care.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and represent the needs of current and future users for AI models within the broader AI platform.
• Create and drive a multi‑year product strategy and roadmap to increase wallet share and achieve strategic outcomes.
• Contribute to the AI platform roadmap, enabling products and users to deliver exceptional care.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Technical Writers, and other product managers using agile and design‑thinking processes.
• Work with product teams and cross‑functional partners to ensure successful adoption, launch, and support of AI features.
• Inspire, energize, and motivate cross‑functional teams toward shared goals.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in health‑tech SaaS.
• Master's degree or higher in business, computer science, or a healthcare‑related field.
• Proven track record managing large product lines and delivering innovative solutions.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
