About the role

We are seeking a Primary Teacher to join our remote team focused on training AI models. In this role you will design complex tasks for AI chatbots, measure their progress, and evaluate their logical performance to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with challenging tasks and assess the quality of their outputs.
Evaluate model performance for correctness, logic, and overall quality, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Strong research and fact‑checking abilities.
A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Required skills

What we offer

Full‑time or part‑time remote work with flexible scheduling.
Ability to choose projects and work on your own timetable.
Hourly compensation starting at $25‑$30+ CAD per hour, with performance bonuses.
