Press Brake Operator – Metal Products Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our metal product fabrication team in Winnipeg. You will work in a dusty, noisy environment shaping metal stock into precise components for our manufacturing line.

Key responsibilities

• Check products for correct shapes, dimensions and specifications.
• Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment.
• Cut, bend, roll, ream, punch, drill, weld or otherwise shape metal stock into parts.
• Document work completed and maintain production records.
• Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Capability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lb) and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transportation.
• Steel‑toed safety boots and willingness to work under pressure.
