About the role
We are looking for reliable, hands‑on individuals to join the maintenance team of a senior‑living residence located near the Sherbrooke Metro station in Montreal. The position offers day‑shift work with the possibility of overtime and starts as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Perform various small maintenance and repair tasks throughout the building.
- Use common hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and other basic equipment.
Required profile
- Manual, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Comfortable handling everyday tools and performing general upkeep.
Required skills
- Basic hand‑tool proficiency (screwdriver, drill, etc.).
- Ability to carry out general maintenance and minor repairs.
