About the role

The Premium Concierge is the primary point of contact for Premium Members and VIP guests on match days, delivering a seamless and memorable hospitality experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome Premium Members and VIP guests, providing exceptional service throughout the event.
• Offer match‑day information, venue guidance and real‑time updates.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests promptly, and handle any concerns.
• Create personalized moments through surprise‑and‑delight initiatives and premium gifting.
• Gather feedback and relay observations to supervisors.
