Practice Management Consultant – Toronto/Vancouver

About the role

Raymond James Ltd. is looking for a Practice Management Consultant to support financial advisors in Toronto or Vancouver. The role focuses on improving advisor profitability and growth through program design, workshops, and one‑on‑one coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement practice‑management programs that increase efficiency and attract assets.
• Lead in‑branch workshops, collaborating with corporate departments and external partners.
• Build strong relationships with Branch Managers to support advisors with best‑practice guidance.
• Partner with the VP of Practice Management to provide personalized support to select advisor teams.
• Identify innovative opportunities to enhance business performance and practice growth.
• Expand internal resources available to advisors and direct them to appropriate solutions.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education.
• 5‑7 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with practice‑management or coaching background.
• Proficiency with MS Office (intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate change.
• Strong capability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional interpersonal skills.
