Power BI / Tableau Developer (Remote, Canada)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Power BI/Tableau developer to join our fully remote team in Canada. The role focuses on building and maintaining interactive BI dashboards and reports that drive data‑informed decisions across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and SSRS.
- Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable data visualisations.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and report optimisation across all BI tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end BI solutions and insights.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in Power BI development and BI reporting.
- Strong background in Tableau or Power BI development.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
