Postal Clerk

About the role

Rexall Pharmacy Group is looking for a Postal Clerk to join its Edmonton store. You will be the front‑line point of contact for customers using postal services and will help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints related to postal services.
• Maintain and organize the postal service area, ensuring a clean appearance and proper uniform compliance.
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
• Follow loss‑prevention policies and procedures.
• Control and reconcile the cash register in accordance with company guidelines.
• Secure cash and mail, adhering to security protocols.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the manager or manager on‑duty.

Required profile

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lb.
• Willingness to work weeknights and weekends.
