About the role
We are looking for a motivated Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team at Freddie's Pizza and Donair in Amherst. The role involves preparing and cooking a variety of pizza and donair dishes in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan menus, estimate food requirements and requisition supplies.
- Prepare and cook complete meals, including dishes for customers with allergies or intolerances.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas, maintain inventory and records.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring proper food handling.
- Order supplies and equipment, and manage kitchen stock.
Required profile
- Dependable and flexible with strong time‑management skills.
- Organized, reliable team player able to work under pressure.
