About the role

Maison d'Étude Academy is expanding its enrichment program portfolio and seeks a passionate Piano Instructor to deliver engaging music sessions for students in Montreal. You will create a fun, structured learning environment that nurtures creativity and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead private or small‑group piano sessions.
• Teach piano skills in a structured yet interactive manner.
• Adapt lessons to each student’s age, level, and learning style.
• Foster confidence, creativity, and active participation.
• Communicate progress and engagement to families.
• Maintain professionalism and organization throughout sessions.

Required profile

• Experience teaching, coaching, or leading activities with children or teens.
• Strong background in music instruction, specifically piano.
• Ability to engage and motivate students positively.
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
• Professional, reliable, and personable.
• Willingness to travel within the Montreal area for in‑person sessions.
• Successful police background check.
