About the role

PharmaChoice Canada is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead its retail pharmacy in Regina, SK. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a smooth, efficient store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily pharmacy operations.
• Evaluate operational performance and implement improvements.
• Manage staff, assign duties, and coordinate scheduling.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as required.
• Maintain inventory of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products.
• Assist with workflow optimization and scheduling.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (pharmacy or related field).
• Experience working in a pharmacy or drugstore setting.
• Background in community medicine and patient counselling.
• Ability to manage a team and handle operational challenges.
• Day‑time availability.
