About the role

Epic Pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to fill either a Pharmacy Manager or Staff Pharmacist position in Tofino, BC. The role combines clinical responsibilities with operational leadership in a patient‑focused, community‑based setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide direct patient counseling, medication therapy management, and clinical support.
• Mentor pharmacy staff and foster a collaborative, autonomous work environment.
• Utilize modern technology platforms to ensure efficient, paperless workflows.
• Maintain strong relationships with Indigenous communities and local health partners.

Required profile

• Current pharmacist licence in British Columbia and active BCPhA membership.
• College licensing and eligibility for Canada Student Loan Forgiveness.
• Experience in a community or rural pharmacy setting.
• Ability to work independently while delivering high‑quality patient care.
