As a Pharmacy Manager you will lead a supportive team that handles prescription data entry, clinical validation and client appointments, allowing pharmacists to focus on high‑scope practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dispensary operations to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize the full scope of pharmacy practice, including assessment, prescribing, medication reviews, chronic disease management and vaccine administration.

Required profile

• License to practice pharmacy in PEI or another Canadian province.
• Proven experience leading professionals and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Minimum three years of management experience in a high‑volume pharmacy setting.
