About the role
We are an independent pharmacy seeking motivated Pharmacists to join our growing team on both the north and south sides of Edmonton. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care while supporting the business through community engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescriptions in a timely manner.
- Provide clinical services such as initiating care plans, conducting follow‑ups, and maintaining documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong patient relationships.
- Participate in community‑based marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Lead and support team performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and external healthcare professionals.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
- Valid Class A Pharmacist licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership and performance‑management capabilities.
Required skills
- Kroll pharmacy management system.
