About the role
Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join its team at one of its two community hospital sites in Ontario. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering safe, effective medication services across acute‑care, urgent‑care and transitional‑care settings.
