About the role

Join Real Canadian Superstore as a Personal Shopper, helping customers receive their online orders accurately and on time. This part‑time day‑shift position focuses on fulfilling e‑commerce orders with attention to detail and excellent customer service. You’ll be part of a team that values authenticity, trust and community impact.

Key responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by answering general questions and maintaining a positive environment.
• Shop for customers by accurately filling their orders with quality products.
• Scan items and process transactions using debit, credit, cash and gift cards.
• Contact customers to confirm order accuracy or discuss product substitutions.

• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer inquiries.
