About the role

Join a family‑owned insurance brokerage as a Personal Line Insurance Customer Service Representative. You will work in a hybrid environment, providing expert support to clients and producers while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle policy changes, endorsements, and client inquiries with confidence.
• Support producers by completing servicing tasks; no cold‑calling required.
• Develop proactive client relationships through attentive service and accurate questioning.
• Collaborate with major carriers using modern insurance systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of brokerage experience (excluding direct writers).
• RIBO‑licensed with strong knowledge of auto and home insurance.
• Resident of Markham or the Greater Toronto Area for reliable hybrid attendance.
• Advisor mindset focused on client solutions rather than task processing.

Required skills

• PowerBroker (preferred; training provided for the right candidate).
