About the role

We are seeking a Personal Line Insurance Customer Service Representative to join a family‑owned brokerage in the Markham/GTA area. You will handle policy changes, respond to client inquiries, and support producers while enjoying hybrid work flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Process policy changes and address client inquiries with confidence.
• Support producers with servicing tasks, without cold‑calling.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive service.
• Ask insightful questions to identify client needs.
• Work with major carriers using modern insurance systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years brokerage experience (excluding direct writers).
• RIBO licensed with strong auto/home insurance knowledge.
• Located in Markham or the Greater Toronto Area for reliable hybrid attendance.
• Advisor mindset focused on client solutions.

Required skills

• PowerBroker (preferred; training provided for the right candidate).
