Personal Line Insurance CSR – Hybrid (Markham, GTA)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a family‑owned insurance brokerage in the Markham/GTA area. The CSR will handle policy changes, client inquiries, and support producers without the need for cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Process policy changes and respond to client inquiries confidently.
• Support producers with servicing tasks and referrals.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive service.
• Ask targeted questions to identify client needs.
• Utilize major carrier platforms and modern brokerage systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of brokerage experience (no direct writer background).
• RIBO licensed with strong knowledge of auto and home insurance.
• Located in Markham or the Greater Toronto Area for reliable hybrid attendance.
• Advisor‑mindset focused on client service rather than pure task processing.

Required skills

• Experience with PowerBroker (preferred, training provided for the right candidate).
