Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Search)

About the role

Odd Bunch is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid search across three markets – Canada, the US and Australia – and drive subscriber growth while keeping acquisition costs low. You will manage Google Ads, launch Microsoft Advertising and Reddit, and support B2B lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel strategy, set CPA and CAC targets, and monitor new subscriber volume.
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube) including budget pacing, bid strategies, keyword hygiene and ad testing.
• Own paid search for corporate, workplace and wholesale accounts, measuring success by cost per qualified lead.
• Build and scale Microsoft Advertising and Reddit Ads as independent channels.
• Reconcile platform conversions with GA4 and Triple Whale and report cost per new customer.
• Write and test ad copy, collaborate on landing‑page performance, and drive automation in the paid‑search stack.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of paid‑search or PPC experience with direct budget ownership.
• Deep fluency in Google Ads, including match types, bid strategies, Performance Max and offline conversion tracking.
• Experience managing multiple markets; US launch experience is a plus.
• Strong short‑form copywriting and stakeholder communication skills.
