People & Culture Manager

About the role

We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to join Bursting Silver, a top‑ranked workplace delivering technical solutions to non‑profits across Canada and the United States. Reporting to the Chief Consulting Officer, you will be the sole HR point of contact, responsible for employee experience, development, and benefits while supporting strategic talent initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for all employee‑related matters, including onboarding, performance coaching, and benefits administration.
• Maintain and update time‑off balances, leave records, and HR data.
• Design and deliver people‑development programs, such as coaching for team leads and career‑growth plans.
• Plan and execute company‑wide events, including retreats, celebrations, and cultural initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies that align with the company’s purpose‑driven culture.
