About the role

The Store Associate works in a fast‑paced retail environment at the North Albert location, delivering friendly and courteous service while maintaining store presentation and supporting customers throughout their shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Recommend related products to ensure customers leave with everything they need.
• Stock shelves, label, face merchandise and keep the store clean and organized.
• Perform inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Physically able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift/carry items regularly.
• Approachable, solution‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register.
