Part‑Time Sales Associate (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic part‑time Sales Associate to join our Ardene store in Winnipeg. You will be the face of the brand, delivering friendly service and helping customers find the perfect fashion pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage every customer, providing knowledgeable product advice.
• Stay informed about current sales, promotions and new merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with visual merchandising.
• Replenish stock, monitor floor inventory and process incoming shipments.
• Operate the cash register and handle purchase transactions accurately.
• Follow all company policies and complete additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous retail or customer‑service experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capacity to stand for long periods, climb ladders and lift boxes up to 30 lb.
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends.
