Part‑time Retail Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Retail Stylist to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in its Winnipeg Polo Park store. You will combine fashion knowledge with strong customer service to help shoppers find the right looks while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and promotions, aligned with Levi’s service standards.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑channel experience and engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy, escalating complex issues to store management.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set‑up, markdowns and replenishment.
• Perform store procedures and maintain compliance with all Levi’s policies and standards.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a genuine interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16 years.
