Part‑Time Pharmacist

About the role

The Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking a part‑time pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy coverage across its acute‑care and urgent‑care sites. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, you will work within a standard work week with no overnight or on‑call requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services to a variety of inpatient and outpatient areas.
• Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and allied health professionals to optimise medication therapy.
• Support the urgent‑care centre and transitional‑care services with medication management.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Eligibility to practice as a pharmacist in Ontario.
• Availability for part‑time, daytime shifts without overnight or on‑call duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
