Part‑Time Pharmacist – Clinical Coverage

About the role

Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking a part‑time pharmacist to provide clinical coverage across multiple care settings. The role reports to the Director of Pharmacy Services and supports both acute and transitional care environments within the Brantford and Paris sites.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver medication therapy management and clinical pharmacy services to inpatient and outpatient units.
• Ensure accurate dispensing, compounding, and distribution of medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient medication regimens.
• Maintain pharmacy records, verify prescriptions, and uphold regulatory compliance.
• Participate in medication safety initiatives and quality improvement projects.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist in Ontario with active registration.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work in a hospital setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and continuous learning.
