About the role

Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service while processing transactions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer in line with company policies and procedures.
- Operate the Customer Service Desk, handling lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns and inquiries.
- Maintain Front End Department merchandise.
- Participate in training junior staff.
- Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards.
- Support additional departments and functions with other duties as required.
Required profile
- Basic level of numeracy skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
