About the role
We are looking for a part‑time cashier to join our kiosk at Time Out Market Montréal, located in the Eaton Centre. The role is in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting and the start date is as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, take their orders and ensure a friendly first impression.
- Process all transactions accurately at the cash register.
- Provide fast, courteous service throughout the shift.
- Perform simple kitchen tasks such as finishing pizzas.
- Handle opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Required profile
- Available at least on Wednesdays from 5 pm to 10 pm and Thursdays from 11 am to 3 pm.
- Fluent spoken French and good English communication skills.
- Previous cash‑register or kitchen experience is an asset.
What we offer
- Salary between $20 and $25 per hour, plus tips (approximately $5 per hour).
- Reduced‑price or free meals while on shift.
