About the role
Demetres Whitby is looking for enthusiastic Artisans to join its restaurant team. You will work in a lively setting, serving handcrafted desserts and ice‑cream while rotating through multiple specializations such as Dessert Crafter, Barista, Host, DJ (Dish Jockey) or Server.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and perform duties across several specializations – Dessert Crafter, Barista, Host, DJ (Dish Jockey) and Server – based on the best fit for you.
- Provide table service, serve handcrafted desserts and craft ice‑cream, and ensure a fun, high‑quality dining experience for guests.
Required profile
- Align with Demetres’ five guiding principles: Deliver Wow, Own It, Better Together, Hustle Always, Towards Perfection.
- Comfortable with late‑hour shifts and a fast‑paced, challenging work environment.
