Part-Time Store Supervisor – Levi's Outlet

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Part‑Time Supervisor to lead our Levi’s® Premium Outlet team in Nisku, Alberta. You will help create an energetic store environment, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑energy store experience by engaging customers and modeling service standards.
• Coach and train associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, and loss‑prevention policies.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly in line with company policy.
• Oversee cash handling, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Partner with the Store Manager to set expectations, provide performance feedback, and support talent retention.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and ensure compliance with store policies.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching, and training staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
