Part-Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Store Supervisor to join its Winnipeg location. You will work closely with the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising and store upkeep.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, creating a welcoming shopping environment.
• Adhere to all Levi’s® policies, procedures and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop team members.
• Reliability in attendance and transportation.
• Ability to meet or exceed store sales and performance goals.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Must be 18 years or older.
