Part-Time Sales Associate – Retail Fashion

About the role

The ALDO Group is looking for a motivated part‑time Sales Associate to join its Brossard store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a stylish and welcoming in‑store experience while helping customers find the perfect footwear and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and attractive product displays.
• Process transactions, handle discounts, returns and follow loss‑prevention procedures.
• Support daily store operations, including restocking and back‑room tasks.
• Foster an inclusive, customer‑focused environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or a service‑oriented role.
• Strong interest in fashion and footwear trends.
• Ability to work day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lb (16 kg).
