Part-time Sales Associate / Eyewear Stylist

About the role

Bailey Nelson is currently in search of an Eyewear Stylist to join our amazing team in London, Ontario. We know our team is the secret to our success and we aim to change how customers see the world and how the world sees them.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping clients find the right eyewear and meet their eye‑care needs.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve monthly sales and bonus targets.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience with strong communication skills.
• Ability to recognise each customer’s individuality and help them find a unique look.
• Positive energy and a proactive attitude that impacts the store environment.
• Willingness to learn, improve and take on challenges.
• Team‑oriented mindset that motivates and inspires colleagues.
