Part-Time Pharmacist – Community Hospital

About the role
The Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking a part‑time pharmacist to provide clinical coverage across its hospital sites in Brantford and Paris, Ontario. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, you will work within a supportive interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective medication management for patients.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services in acute‑care and urgent‑care settings.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals on medication therapy decisions.
- Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance with provincial regulations.
- Participate in medication reconciliation, patient counseling, and drug utilization reviews.
- Support pharmacy operations without overnight or on‑call requirements.
Required profile
- Licensed pharmacist authorized to practice in Ontario.
- Ability to work part‑time within a standard work week.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
