Part-Time Night Auditor (11pm-7am)

About the role

The Home Inn & Suites Swift Current is seeking a part‑time Night Auditor to work the overnight shift from 11 pm to 7 am. The role combines front‑desk guest service with end‑of‑day accounting responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, complaints and guest requests.
• Operate the hotel phone system, transfer calls and take accurate messages.
• Process night‑audit tasks, reconcile accounts and prepare reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized front‑desk area.

Required profile

• Driven self‑starter with strong work ethic, reliable and motivated to learn.
• Excellent English communication skills and legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work the 11 pm‑7 am shift.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with the OPERA property management system.
