Part-Time Keyholder – Windsor Crossing Premium Outlets

About the role

As a Keyholder you will support the management team in delivering a welcoming, customer‑focused environment that reflects the PENN. brand. You will assist on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and at the cash desk while ensuring smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds strong relationships and encourages loyalty.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at checkout.
• Use product knowledge and current promotions to drive add‑on sales.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards for a clean, organized sales floor.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Offer styling advice and contribute to an engaging, inclusive environment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of retail, sales or customer‑service experience (opening/closing preferred).
• Strong customer‑service skills with a welcoming attitude.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Passion for fashion and solid knowledge of trends.
• High school diploma required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using ERP and ATS systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
