About the role

Bailey Nelson is seeking enthusiastic Eyewear Stylists to join its stores in the Greater Vancouver Area. You will help customers find the perfect frames, deliver exceptional eye‑care experiences, and contribute to a team‑focused environment.

Required profile

• You bring previous customer experience and excellent communication skills.
• You recognize each customer’s individuality and help them find a unique look.
• You take responsibility for the energy you bring to the store and customers.
• You strive to improve yourself and others daily.
• You enjoy challenges and creating solutions.
• You cultivate strong bonds with your team to motivate and inspire each other.
• Optical experience is a plus, but training is provided.
